Aruna is an Executive & Leadership Coach and Trainer with 25+ years of international experience across India, The Netherlands, Oman, Japan, Malaysia, and Brunei. She has coached 65+ C-suite and mid-level executives and delivered 1500+ hours of coaching across multiple industries and cultures.

Her work lives at the intersection of operational depth and human transformation. She began her career as an engineer in steel industry in India and later on went on to earn global certification as Certified Supply Chain Professional, which means she deeply understands the realities of operations, execution, and pressure. She now uses that experience to help leaders transition from functional expertise to true executive presence.

She has supported leaders and teams from organizations including Toronto-Dominion Bank, CGI, and Givaudan, among others, helping them elevate performance, presence, trust, and influence.
